Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated:May 26, 2026 · Effective Date: May 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to your use of the Services made available by Aero AI Labs, LLC ("Aero", "Deepline", "we", "us", or "our") and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this AUP as updated from time to time. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services and, where applicable, legal action.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to all use of the Services, including, without limitation, the Deepline web application, the Deepline HTTP API, the Deepline command-line interface (the "CLI"), any Deepline SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and any documentation, integrations catalog, provider playbooks, or skill manifests made available by us. The activities prohibited below are illustrative and not exhaustive.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Multiple Accounts and Circumvention
You may not create or operate more than one Account, create Accounts under aliases or pseudonyms, register with unrelated email domains, or otherwise establish parallel Accounts in order to evade or circumvent any rate limit, trial limit, credit balance, usage cap, billing tier, prior suspension or termination, or any other restriction on your use of the Services. Each individual user must have unique credentials, and credentials may not be shared with any other person or entity.
2.2 Competitive Use and Development of Competing Products
You may not use the Services, or any data, output, content, documentation, or other information obtained through the Services, for the purpose of: (a) developing, training, improving, designing, distributing, or marketing any product or service that is similar to or competitive with the Services; (b) competitive analysis, benchmarking, or evaluation for the purpose of building or improving a substantially similar product; or (c) the benefit of any entity that develops, distributes, or markets a product that competes with the Services, including by accessing the Services on behalf of, or while employed or engaged by, any such entity. You may not publish or distribute benchmark, performance, or comparison results regarding the Services without our prior written consent.
2.3 Scraping, Probing, and Catalog Enumeration
You may not use any automated means, including, without limitation, scrapers, bots, scripts, crawlers, headless browsers, or other tools, to access, enumerate, harvest, index, extract, or otherwise download data from the Services, except (i) through documented public API endpoints and (ii) within published rate limits. You may not probe, scan, or attempt to enumerate any directory, catalog, manifest, registry, integrations list, skills index, provider playbook collection, or other listing made available by the Services, whether or not such resource is served from a well-known path. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limit, throttling mechanism, authentication requirement, access control, or other security or operational measure.
2.4 Interface-Only Access
You may access the Services only through interfaces and access methods that we publish and make generally available, including our web application, our documented HTTP API endpoints, the CLI in its officially distributed form, and any SDK we make available. You may not access or attempt to access the Services through any undocumented endpoint, private interface, internal API, or other non-public access path, and you may not use modified, forked, or third-party clients to access the Services in a manner that differs from our published interfaces.
2.5 Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, algorithms, design, or operation of the Services or any component of the Services, including the CLI, the HTTP API, the skills system, and any integrations or workflow engine, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
2.6 Affiliation with Competitors
You may not permit access to the Services by any employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, advisor, or affiliate of an entity that develops, distributes, or markets a product or service that competes with the Services, in their capacity as such and where such access would benefit the competing entity. You represent and warrant on a continuous basis that no such access is occurring through your Account.
2.7 Misuse and Harmful Activity
You may not use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (b) send unsolicited commercial communications or violate any anti-spam law; (c) interfere with, disrupt, or impair the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or any third-party system; (d) introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (e) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; or (f) collect, transmit, or process personal data in a manner that violates applicable privacy or data-protection law.
2.8 Outputs and Third-Party Data
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any data obtained through the Services, including data sourced from third-party providers integrated with the Services, complies with the terms of those third-party providers and with all applicable law, including privacy, data-protection, and anti-discrimination law. You may not use the Services to scrape, harvest, or otherwise misappropriate third-party content in violation of that third party's terms.
3. Enforcement and Violations
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP, including by reviewing logs, telemetry, and Account activity. If we determine in our reasonable discretion that you have violated this AUP, we may, without limiting our other rights and remedies, suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice, forfeit unused credits or balances, refuse to provide further Services to you, and pursue any legal or equitable remedy available to us, including, without limitation, claims under applicable trade-secret, copyright, computer-misuse, contract, or unfair-competition law.
Suspected violations may be reported to team@deepline.com.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated AUP at this URL with a new "Effective Date" and, where we have your email address on file, may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services on or after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
