Using IP Address Data to Find People by Location

What You Can Do

You cannot use IP addresses directly in Find People searches. However, you can use the companies identified from your Web Intent signal.

How It Works

1. From your Web Intent table, click Actions → Find People at These Companies
2. Select your Web Intent table as the company source
3. Set your search filters (titles, experience, etc.)
4. Clay will use the company domains (not IPs) from the de-anonymized web traffic to find people

The Process Flow

IP → Company → People

The Web Intent signal de-anonymizes IPs to companies, then Find People searches use those company domains to identify prospects.
