Yes, your CTO would need to connect their email account to Clay for the campaign to send from their address. [clay.com In the campaign setup, you'll go to "Sender setup" where they'd need to connect their Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook account via OAuth. [documentation This requires them to authorize Clay to access their email account. Once connected, you can create and manage the campaign from your Clay workspace, but the initial email account connection needs to be done by the account owner (your CTO in this case).
