# ScrapeCreators: Tiktok Search Top

## Input reference

Searches TikTok's 'Top' results by query — returns both videos and photo carousels, unlike keyword search which only returns videos. Returns `items`, an array of objects each with `id`, `desc` (caption), `content_type` (video or photo carousel), `statistics` (play\_count, digg\_count/likes, comment\_count, share\_count), `video` info, and `images` for carousels. Paginate with `cursor`. TikTok may return duplicate results. There is a 'Top' Search in TikTok and this is that. You can get Photo Carousels and Videos. Whereas with just the Keyword Search, you can only get Videos. Note: TikTok can return duplicate results for this search. Sorry about that — it looks like a TikTok-side thing, so we don't have control over it.
