# Choose a prebuilt Play

> Choose a maintained Play that fits your input and desired output.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/sdk-v2/prebuilt-plays)

## 1. Have your context ready

Have one representative input and know which result you would accept.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Find a maintained Deepline Play for my task. Inspect its current input and result contract, access requirements, and applicable usage. Explain which of my fields it accepts and what is missing. If no maintained Play fits, explain the difference before proposing a custom one. Do not treat a similar Play name as proof that it fits my data.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

The selected Play accepts the actual identifiers you have. Its documented result rule matches your acceptance rule; a valid input does not guarantee a match.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

A maintained Play exists for a similar task. Can the agent assume it fits inside every custom workflow?

> No. Ask it to inspect the input, output, and execution requirements before
> deciding how to reuse the Play.
