# Deal risk review

> Ask your agent to prepare a deal-risk review queue from evidence.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/plays/signal-deal-risk)

## 1. Have your context ready

Have opportunity identities, relevant CRM or activity evidence, and explicit risk-review rules.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Prepare a deal-risk review with Deepline. Match the intended opportunities and inspect the evidence available. Apply the risk indicators I specify, retaining dates, sources, and missing information. Separate a review flag from a confirmed loss or commercial decision. Return a queue with reasons, owner, and next question. Do not change deal stages or send escalation messages automatically.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

Each flag points to supporting evidence and a review action. Missing activity data does not by itself prove the deal is lost.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

Does an absence of retrieved activity prove that a deal is lost?

> No. Check source coverage and the business context. Missing activity is an
> indicator for review, not a confirmed commercial outcome.
