# Route HubSpot leads with verified owner IDs

> Ask your agent to prepare HubSpot routing with verified owner identities.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/guides/hubspot-lead-routing)

## 1. Have your context ready

Have the HubSpot account, routing rules, target records, eligible owners, and exception handling policy.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Prepare HubSpot lead routing with Deepline. Inspect current records, properties, and actual owner identities. Apply my territory and eligibility rules, retaining each rule’s evidence. Hold missing or ambiguous owners rather than guessing an owner ID. Return routing proposals and exceptions for a small pilot. Do not assign owners until I approve the exact proposed updates.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

Every assignment maps to a verified eligible owner in the intended account. Unmatched territories and unavailable owners have an explicit exception path.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

Can a human-readable owner name be assumed to be the update field value?

> No. Inspect the destination property and owner mapping. Use the identifier
> required by the actual action.
