# Query DataForSEO through Deepline

> Ask your agent to inspect a small Google search result through DataForSEO.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/guides/dataforseo-via-deepline)

## 1. Have your context ready

Choose a search phrase, location, language, and the amount of search evidence you need.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Use DataForSEO through Deepline to inspect Google organic results for the search phrase I provide. Discover the current supported action and explain its inputs, access, pricing, location, language, and result depth. Propose one small query before running it. Return the actual provider status, query context, result URLs, and limits. Do not generalize one query into complete market coverage.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

The response corresponds to the intended phrase and search context. A successful request does not establish that every possible result was returned.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

A search returns no items. Can you report that the company has no presence in every market?

> **Show the answer**
>
> No. Report the result under its exact query and source scope. First establish
> that the request completed successfully.
