# Enrich and reconcile account records

> Ask your agent to produce account enrichment proposals without changing your CRM.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/guides/account-enrichment)

## 1. Have your context ready

Have a small account file with stable IDs, requested fields, and field-specific freshness and precedence rules.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Prepare account enrichment proposals with Deepline. Establish the intended company entity before accepting fields. Keep parent and subsidiary facts separate. Retain source values, available observation dates, missing fields, and reasons for each proposed change. Test a matching account, a parent/subsidiary ambiguity, and a provider failure. Show the plan and expected usage before a small pilot. Do not overwrite CRM fields.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

Each source ID has a proposal or explicit exception. A correct company match does not make every field acceptable; assess each requested field separately.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

Does an accepted company match make every returned field acceptable?

> No. Check each required field under its entity scope, freshness, and
> precedence rule.
