# Sequencer integrations

> Ask your agent to prepare an approved sequencer action without activating outreach prematurely.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/features/email-sequencer-integration)

## 1. Have your context ready

Have the sequencer account, intended campaign, reviewed recipients, and suppression rules.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Inspect my connected sequencer through Deepline. Confirm the actual campaign, sender, account, and current operation contract. Prepare a small reviewed recipient batch and explain whether adding it could start messages. Apply suppression and deduplication first. Show the intended mutation and wait for approval. Do not activate campaigns or send messages as part of discovery.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

The approved operation targets the intended campaign and its response is inspected. Adding leads, editing a sequence, and activating a campaign are different external actions.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

Does creating a lead in a sequencer prove that a message was sent successfully?

> No. Lead creation, activation, sending, and delivery have different contracts
> and outcomes.
