# CRM integrations

> Ask your agent to choose the correct CRM integration and plan safe changes.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/features/crm-integrations)

## 1. Have your context ready

Name the CRM and intended account, desired records, permitted fields, and approval owner.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Inspect the Deepline integration for my CRM and the current operations available in this workspace. Explain required access and confirm the destination account. For the change I describe, resolve stable record IDs and real property names. Show a small proposal with current values, evidence, and expected usage. Wait for approval before updating records, then read back the approved changes.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

The agent distinguishes integration access from permission to perform a specific update. An uncertain write is reconciled before it is repeated.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-gtm Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

Does technical permission to update records decide which business fields your Play may change?

> No. Define field ownership and acceptance separately from the integration
> permission.
