# Build a paid ads audience

> Ask your agent to prepare a reviewed audience for paid-ad matching.

[Agent guide: CLI and SDK instructions →](/docs/ads-audiences)

## 1. Have your context ready

Have a permitted first-party list, target platform and ad account, suppression list, geography, and approval owner.

## 2. Ask your agent

Paste this into your agent, then provide your task and example inputs when it asks:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-ads-audiences Prepare a Deepline ads-audience plan from this first-party list. Confirm the actual ad account and supported upload contract. Keep a baseline using existing identifiers separate from any enriched audience. Apply suppression, deduplication, source lineage, and the platform’s identifier-format rules without double hashing. Show the sample and usage before enrichment. Wait for separate approval before uploading.
```

Complete any requested sign-in yourself. Give the agent the missing information before approving execution. Provider-backed work can incur usage.

## 3. Review the result

The platform has accepted the approved upload and its status has been read back. Report match rates only when the platform exposes them; accepted upload rows are not matched people.

Ask your agent:

```deepline-prompt theme={null}
/deepline-ads-audiences Compare the result with the acceptance rule we agreed. Show the evidence for accepted and rejected outcomes, unresolved questions, and recorded Deepline usage where work ran. If work is still running or a response is uncertain, inspect the original saved execution before proposing another request. Explain the next decision I need to make.
```

Approve a larger job, recurring work, or external changes only after reviewing that decision.

## Check your understanding

Does a successful upload response establish a fully matched audience?

> No. Upload acceptance and platform matching are separate outcomes. Inspect the
> platform status and available evidence.
